Beta terms

By using the Unboxed Mail beta, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13, have authority to connect the Gmail accounts you add, and comply with Google’s and Apple’s terms.

Beta service

The beta is provided for evaluation and may contain defects, change, or be suspended. Keep access to Gmail’s own apps or website as a recovery path. Do not rely on beta-generated summaries, classifications, commitments, or reminders as the sole record for legal, financial, medical, safety, or time-critical decisions.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of your email and attachments. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service at your direction. Do not use the app to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, access another person’s account, or interfere with the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every notification, classification, reminder, or sync will be timely or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Unboxed Mail and its operators are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from beta use.

Ending access

You may stop using the beta and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access to protect users or the service, respond to abuse, or comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
